After retiring from PCS in 2008, Don continued to be involved with the Cory Red Product Expansion until the final and successful capacity demonstration.

The roles he adopted as part of this project included:

• Hazop

• Construction audit

• Start up planning

• Commissioning support

• Debottlenecking support
